Worcester Police Find Injured Child In A Vehicle Damaged By Gunfire

Worcester Police responding to a report of shots being fired on Harding Street found a three-year-old with an injured leg in a vehicle that seemed to have been damaged by gunfire.

On the scene, police saw a vehicle that appeared to be damaged by gunfire with several people inside - including an injured child.

On July 16 at around 8:30 p.m. police arrived on Harding Street and found a car with several people inside, including a three-year-old with a wounded leg. It is unclear if the child’s injury was caused by gunfire, police said.

Police are investigating the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call Worcester Police at (508) 799-8651 or text an anonymous tip to 274637(TIPWD).
